New Hope is a fabric wall art piece to celebrate renewal in Spring. A Blue-Jay in front of a rising sun seen from an open window decorated with potted tulips is a common scene in the life of the artist during Spring. This center piece was decoupaged with fabric and paint, then appliqued, embroidered, and quilted. The border blocks surrounding the center scene were appliqued using the artist’s own uniquely digitized pieces, cut in a Cricut cutter, then embroidered and quilted in hoops, before assembling.
