It is human nature to live with unresolved and unconscious fears. These fears are sometimes not recognizable by us and we justify our behavior strongly to persist in the unfortunate cycles of inner and outer conflict they create in our lives. I am sharing what I have learned from my practice with many people over time so that we can have discussions about dealing with these fears and defensive traits we develop that cover up these fears. So let's talk about more of them. Every day I will post another fear to talk about.
Today we are dealing with the Fear of being Unloved.
Feeling that one is unlovable or trying hard to gain the certainty of being loved, is the human struggle to prove itself lovable. The fear of not being loved brings about the constant need for confirmation and reassurance that we are appealing, attractive or likable. Yet we unconsciously continue to feel unloved and continue to put a lot of effort in to prove to ourselves through other’s responses to us that we are loved by them. This fear brings about resentment towards those when we do not get love or approval from. We may be consciously completely unaware of this bitter and resentful feeling. Even when we compensate for this fear by over-nurturing and serving others, they may sense our behaviour as passive aggressive. Maybe the origin of this fear came about because of a separation experience from a caregiver or parent. This separation created anxiety which persisted in our psyche that causes jour anxious attachments.
Suffering this fear is a human condition for some because we think love is earned by personal effort. The truth is that inside us is a kernel of Divine essence containing immense Love. Discovering this source of Love leads us to unconditional selflove and helps us to remember that our human efforts to be lovable is redundant even though it is a human urge. When we become conscious of this urge to prove our lovability because of a fear in our human side, we connection to the portal of Divine Love that supports us to not stay in the conflict and pain. The first order of business is to nurture and love ourselves from the Divine side inside us.
We can open ourselves to this Divine Source of all Love through the solar plexus portal by breathing deeply into it, allowing Universal Love and acceptance to flow into and through us. Create a practice of self-love by tapping into the Divine portal of Love-source. This allows us to live alongside the human fear of being unloved, knowing that we have access to all Love. Now we can give love and nurturing without resentment or expectation to be reimbursed in love.
Our creativity extends now to an intuitive knowing and enjoy relationships from a new perspective where we also acknowledge others for who they are without expectation. We can analyse information objectively and research complex situations, without making assumptions out of fear, because we feel whole and part of creation.
Keep this Divine portal open, to brighten your physical and spiritual senses in all communication and connections with people, animals and objects. Divine Wisdom and Mysteries are available to you now.
