Dealing with the fear of loss and feeling lost.

This fear in us creates a feeling of longing for something that has no name. All we know is that something feels ‘missing’. We do not feel complete and are looking for the greener pastures we imagine to be ‘elsewhere’. It never feels like we belong wherever we are. We fear being left out. We may even fear losing possessions, people or status. We long to be a significant part of our milieu.

How do we then own our place in life, when we live with this constant fear and inner emotional struggle? The sense of insecurity and insignificance brings about depression and despondency. In fact, this fear is the antithesis of who we truly are; we just do not know our own value. When we open ourselves to the Divine part lying latent within us through the portal in our lover abdomen, our natural talent for leadership and creativity transpires. We feel that we can contribute and be a significant part of life. We can organize communities, because we know our value. We no longer force outcomes with our will and personality effort alone. We are no longer outsiders. Our natural talent is to champion others and guide organizations in principles that take care of communities. We are in fact ‘builders’ of organizational systems and creative community leaders when we open to our Divine essence. We no longer seek to be saved or recognized by the ‘outside’ world. We have found our inner value through Divine connection.

Talk to and make peace with your fear as the human part of yourself. Walk through life alongside this fear. Love yourself and accept all of you, knowing that this is how you are reminded to connect to your Higher Divine Self. Our humanness may continue to struggle with fear of not-belonging and loss of value from time to time, but your journey here on earth is a practice affirming selflove and acceptance of all the parts of you, by allowing your connection to Divine in you to strengthen. This makes it possible not to project your internal personality struggles onto others and the world. We know that it is our own issues that creates the fear and not the world. This makes it possible to start practicing peace in our own life which can stretch beyond us to all others we connect with.

It is so interesting to me that we tend to fear the opposite of our true Divine talent when we are disconnected to that Light inside us. Like when we feel disconnected and not belonging anywhere while we are blind to our talent to make connections and see patterns in life about how to build creative systems that help humanity, even in little ways. When we are lost in our fear, we want all the answers to come from the ‘outside’. We want other to ‘save’ us, even though we do have an inkling of our talents, as it does show itself when we are not in our minds and are not aware of our egos. We have solutions for problems in our hearts. It is as if our human personality relies only on our human influence and strategies to change ourselves or the world and others around us, which shows to be insufficient to tame our fear. The human factor in us is only one part of ourselves, while all along we are disconnected from our true being, and that makes us feel lost and helpless. We do not only consist of physical anatomy. We are spiritual beings. Divine is within us. Can we not try so hard to make impressions and use our force of will in performance? In those moments when we forget your personality and just flow naturally with our inner Divine where no ‘voices’ of social conditioning interferes with our ‘should’ and ‘shouldn’t’, our real talents transpire which we are meant to share with Life.

With Love and Blessings to you,

Jayni
